How much does a ModBox Beauty Box Cost?
Only RM9! We want to make it affordable for everyone to experience the joy of indulging and sampling a buffet of amazing beauty products.
Our usual delivery charges of RM6 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM9 (East Malaysia) will apply.
What is Modshop?
Modshop is our online store where you can purchase full-size products from our Brand Partners. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get hold of the full-sized versions as soon as you’ve tried the sample and realise that you’re totally in love!
How do I know if your product is genuine?
We only partner directly with brands or authorised distributors in Malaysia.
Any product that you find on our website — whether it’s for purchase on our store or for sampling in our beauty box — is 100% genuine, legitimate and fully backed by our brand partners.
PAYMENT
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and online bank transfers via iPay88, our payment gateway.
If you would like to use other payment methods (e.g. direct online transfer, ATM transfer), do contact us at [email protected] and we will help you out!
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! We completely understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information. Our online payment gateway system, iPay88, is compliant with PCI Data Security Standard and Malaysia Payment System Act.

How much delivery cost?
Modbox Beauty Box:
Peninsular Malaysia – RM6 per box
East Malaysia – RM9 per box
Products on Modshop:
Peninsular Malaysia – RM6 per order (regardless of the number of items)
East Malaysia – RM9 per order (regardless of the number of items)
If your order is above RM100*, you will receive free delivery, and a HUGE virtual hug from us! 🙂
*Free delivery is only applicable for Product orders above RM100. For Beauty Boxes, our usual delivery fee still applies.
Are you really offering free delivery offers for order above rm100?
Of course! When have we ever lied to you? 😉

Can my order be shipped to an office address?
Of course! In fact, this is encouraged, especially if there won’t be any one at home to receive your parcel. Since most items will be shipped with a tracking number, someone will need to sign off the parcel to indicate proof of receipt. As such, it would be best to ship to an address where there will be someone to receive it.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please call either PosLaju or the relevant courier service, and state your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. These details can be found in your Order History within your Modbox account.
Do note that as most items are shipped with a tracking number, someone will need to sign off the parcel to indicate proof of receipt. If there is no one to receive it, a notice will be left at your mailbox to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at the nearest post office/courier branch.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return/redund policy?
Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We ensure our very best that each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken product, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your parcel to be eligible for an exchange. Do ensure that you keep the item in the condition that you received and in the original box/packaging.
